Kanga Kanga prefers Australia Post for delivery within Australia. Shown below are the methods used to deliver magazines or books according to the number of copies and destination. To find the postage charges for your order, simply select the relevant State or Territory at the shopping cart page of this Website.

When your Product is posted, your order will be completed. You will receive a notification at that time stating the order is completed. In no event shall Kanga Kanga be liable for increased cost or any direct, indirect or consequential damages due to late delivery or non-delivery of the Products.

If Customer fails to take delivery of the Product or Products ordered when they are made available to Customer or fails to provide accurate instructions, consents or authorisations required to enable the Products to be delivered, delivery shall be deemed to have taken place and Customer shall pay to Kanga Kanga all costs and expenses (including storage and insurance charges) arising from its failure.

<RETURN POLICY>

 

Kanga Kanga is not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. But you can choose a refund or exchange if a Product has a major problem. This is when the Product:
- Has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
- Is unsafe
- Is significantly different from the sample or description
- Doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for, and can’t be easily fixed.

<ACCEPTANCE OF DELIVERY>

 

Unless Customer notifies Kanga Kanga to the contrary by telephone, facsimile transmission or email within seven (7) business days of delivery and such notification is confirmed in writing within seven (7) business days of the notification, the Products shall be deemed to have been accepted by Customer as being in good condition and in accordance with the Contract.

Title and risk of loss or damage to the Products shall pass to Customer on the physical delivery of the Products to the address identified by Customer in the order.

<LIMITATION OF LIABILITY>

 

In no event shall Kanga Kanga be liable to you for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages resulting from performance or failure to perform under the contract, or from the furnishing, performance or use of any goods or service sold or provided pursuant hereto, whether due to a breach of contract, breach of warranty, negligence, or otherwise.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the liability of Kanga Kanga for breach of any implied warranty or condition that cannot be excluded is limited to:

(i) The replacement of the Product(s) or the supply of equivalent Product(s)
(ii) The payment of the cost of replacing or acquiring equivalent Product(s)

All orders are accepted on these Conditions and Terms, which supersede any other terms relating to the sale of the Products appearing in the Kanga Kanga Website or elsewhere and shall override any other terms referred to by the Customer or in any course of dealing.
